ABOUT

Meet Sally

Standing at the crossroads of contemplative practice, leadership, ecology & human connection.

My work is rooted in the belief that we each carry our own wisdom - sometimes we simply need the space and support to hear it again. I believe meaningful change begins with reflection, authentic connection, and the wisdom we each carry within ourselves.

My work is about creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and one another, and remember what matters most.

My Story

I've spent much of my life exploring what it means to live with intention, connection, and care - for ourselves, for one another, and for the living world around us.

My path has woven together many threads: contemplative practice, environmental leadership, community facilitation, motherhood, nature connection, and the beautiful messiness of being human. For more than 30 years, I've worked in environmental leadership, supporting the stewardship of protected areas, climate resilience, and collaborative conservation. Alongside this work, I've continued to deepen my practice as a yoga and meditation teacher and, more recently, as a Certified Courage & Renewal® Facilitator.

Over the years, I've come to believe that meaningful and lasting change begins with reflection, authentic connection, and the wisdom we each carry within ourselves. While knowledge is important, the deepest learning often happens when we slow down enough to listen - to ourselves, to one another, and to what life is asking of us.

Whether I'm guiding a retreat, facilitating a Circle of Trust®, leading a meditation, or sitting beside a quiet lake with a cup of tea, I am continually drawn to practices that help us come home to ourselves and remember what matters most.

My Approach

My approach is warm, gentle, trauma-informed, and grounded in both contemplative practice and lived experience. I create welcoming spaces that invite reflection, deep listening, embodied awareness, meaningful connection, and nervous system support - spaces where people can pause, breathe, reconnect with themselves and one another, and cultivate greater clarity, courage, resilience, and ease.

Rooted in the Courage & Renewal® approach, my work draws on yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, reflective practice, nature connection, and circle facilitation to support both personal well-being and authentic leadership. More recently, I have begun integrating Reiki and energy healing into my work, offering another pathway for relaxation, restoration, and deeper connection with the body's innate wisdom.

Whether I'm working with environmental leaders, community groups, or individuals seeking renewal, my intention remains the same: to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to reconnect with themselves, one another, and what matters most.
