Trusting the Next Step

Free Virtual Circle

September 8th from 6:30 - 7:30pm

What if you didn’t need to have it all figured out?

What if you could make space for uncertainty, listen for what’s emerging, and trust yourself to take the next step - even when you’re holding more than one truth at once?

Join me for a gentle, reflective virtual Circle of Trust® where we’ll slow down, listen inward, and explore what it means to stay present with the tensions and questions that don’t always have easy answers.

  • Together, we’ll explore the theme Trusting the Next Step through:

    • A guided meditation to help you settle and arrive

    • A poem and reflective prompt to invite deeper listening

    • Quiet personal reflection

    • A paired “share and listen” practice

    • Time in community to connect with ourselves and one another

There is nothing to fix, figure out or perform. You’re invited to simply come as you are.

The Circle of Trust® approach creates a trustworthy space for reflection and connection - a space where we can listen deeply to ourselves and others without fixing, advising, or trying to solve one another’s lives.

And sometimes, the invitation isn’t to choose between two competing truths, but to make room for both.

Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is needed.

I’ll offer a taste of this practice during our time together, and share a little about how we’ll build on these ideas at my upcoming Community-Based Leadership gathering at Milford House in October, where we’ll explore how we sustain ourselves, relate to others, and stay grounded while navigating the complexity of our work.
